We aim to ensure that our Glow 2 Show product serves its purpose effectively and exceeds your expectations. For most of our customers, we proudly offer our “one-question asked” returns policy.
Glow 2 Show is backed by a standard warranty, but we often surpass its terms because we believe exceptional products shouldn’t be confined to minimum warranties.

We find the notion of a “no questions asked” return policy slightly puzzling. If you wish to return the Glow 2 Show, we’d like to understand why. We’re keen to know if there was an issue with the product, if it didn’t meet your needs, or if it didn’t match your expectations. Perhaps you stumbled upon a better alternative later on.
Our inquiry stems from a simple motive – our quest for constant improvement. This might mean refining our recommendations in the future or altering our marketing approach. It might also affirm that the concern was unique to your experience.

“One Question Asked” Returns Policy Limitations
For larger orders, we urge you to test a single Glow 2 Show bottle initially. We’re willing to account for one or two opened bottles, but not multiples.
For special bulk orders (above $1,000), kindly ensure the suitability of the product. There might be a restocking fee for non-standard returns.
Damaged units are non-returnable. We aren’t concerned about the state of the packaging but a physically impaired product is problematic.
Products should be returned to our Sydney office. Typically, we don’t shoulder the return shipping costs, but we’ll ship a fixed or replacement unit to you on our dime.
Extended Warranty
A one-year warranty might seem modest. We trust that our Glow 2 Show will have a more extended lifespan. If your product falters post-warranty, reach out to us. We’ll frequently cover it for a second year, no fuss.
For an official extended warranty, just inform us.
